Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally upon entry.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve them efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Reliable transportation is essential.
