Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
