- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and merchandise presentation.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
