Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process orders and verify inventory levels to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and track deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
- Operate standard office equipment and computer software efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.
