Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Accurately process transactions, returns, and exchanges using our internal software.
- Update and maintain customer accounts and contact information in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable and able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to learn new software and procedures quickly.
