Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Update and maintain customer account records and contact information.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
