Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
