Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Analyze customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary, ensuring a timely follow-up.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
