Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office).
- Must be available for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to San Antonio, TX.
