Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Manage customer accounts and process transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve complex customer problems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (we train!).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
