Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during peak call times and high-pressure situations.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
