As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to update customer accounts and track service history.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
