As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied with their experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
