Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal database systems.
- Maintain and update customer account information, ensuring all records are current and confidential.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and communication.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate placement.
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
