Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales transactions and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise to ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
- Process customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
