Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art point-of-sale systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies with patience and professionalism.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and goals.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving of new stock as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training is provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our Phoenix location.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
