- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback
- Adhere to compliance standards and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills

- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed (schedule negotiated)
- Reliable transportation to our Oklahoma City office for training
