Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to management when necessary while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to provide feedback and suggest operational improvements.
- Provide product training and onboarding support to new customers.

Qualifications
