Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and provide product support.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose technical or service-related issues and implement effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Monitor client accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze client feedback to provide insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and web-based applications; basic troubleshooting skills are required.
- Reliability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (MST).
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
