Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) to update and maintain accurate customer account information.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical or service issues, escalating them to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to improve service processes.
- Provide product training and guidance to new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Track and report on daily support metrics, including call volume and resolution rates.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
