Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to local and remote clients via phone and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our product suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid or fully remote setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
