Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior technical team when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Assist in training new support staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
