Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and recommending solutions.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and actions in the company database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
