Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance targets.
- Update customer records in the CRM system with precision.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
