Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data and transaction records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service standards are met.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
