Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the Senior Support team for resolution.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
