Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and maximize efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Resolve delivery exceptions or customer concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong time management and navigation skills (familiarity with Seattle area)
- Smartphone proficiency for using our delivery tracking app
- Reliable internet access for daily check-ins and schedule updates
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Flexible availability to cover weekday/weekend shifts
