Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Assist in receiving shipments, verifying counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with strict attention to detail.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; however, we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Driving: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
