Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and speed.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform inventory counts and update stock management systems accurately.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of production lines as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory and safety calculations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
