Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Operate scanning equipment to verify incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
