Responsibilities
- Efficiently process, pack, and ship 50+ orders daily using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct cycle counts in 10,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for material movement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve 99.5% order accuracy targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
