Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship daily orders using our automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before dispatch
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
