Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn digital systems
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must pass pre-employment physical assessment
