Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and medication assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and rehabilitation exercises
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and facility protocols
- Complete daily shift reports and care documentation
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (or equivalent healthcare credential)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if travel required)
