Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment with strict attention to detail and quality control standards.
- Site Maintenance: Keep workstations and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks to ensure all products meet company specifications before leaving the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to reliable personal transportation.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and physical handling of goods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
