Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
