Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks including assembly, packing, and sorting according to quality standards.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management by counting stock and logging data accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable.
