Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks and duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect products, materials, or equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate machinery or equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials or shipments accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
