Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing and inventory management tasks efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect, package, and load products for distribution to ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in receiving and sorting incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
