- Assist with data entry and administrative support tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-first attitude.
