Responsibilities
- Perform loading, unloading, and staging of materials using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and cycle counting.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production goals.
- Complete daily timesheets and shift logs accurately for payroll processing.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory and handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Philadelphia.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
