Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and staging of materials and products.
- Operate industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and record-keeping processes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
