Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, pack, and ship products according to company standards.
- Inspect merchandise for defects and report any issues to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory for all positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to outdoor roles).
