Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Follow infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Complete daily shift reports and care documentation
Qualifications
- Current Florida CNA certification or equivalent healthcare experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
