Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies while resolving customer concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (or currently pursuing).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours) with comfort.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
