- Manage employee onboarding and verification for instant pay eligibility
- Resolve payroll discrepancies within 24 hours using advanced analytics tools
- Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless integration with existing benefits systems
- Maintain strict compliance with California labor regulations and federal tax codes
- Generate daily payroll reports for executive review and audit purposes

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in California
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
