Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with daily-wage positions across Dallas metroplex
- Process same-day payroll through our proprietary FastPay system
- Coordinate onboarding for temporary/daily pay employees
- Maintain compliance with Texas labor regulations for rapid payment
- Build relationships with Dallas-based employers and staffing agencies
- Optimize scheduling for daily-pay workforce assignments
- Resolve payment inquiries within 4-hour SLA
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Familiarity with daily pay systems or payroll software
- Strong Dallas-area professional network preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Texas state staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse workforce
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
