About The Role
As a Teen Associate, you will be the friendly face of our store. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, responsible, and ready to contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and assist with locating products.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
- Operate the cash register accurately, process payments, and handle cash drops.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with basic stock rotations and replenishment.
- Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas clean and sanitized.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, hours, and services.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4+ hours).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
