Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stocking merchandise
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions
- Participate in brief daily shift huddles
Qualifications
- Must be 14-19 years old with valid work permit
- Available weekday afternoons/evenings (3-8 PM)
- Reliable transportation to NW Expressway location
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Parental consent required for applicants under 18
