Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship inventory according to daily order requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom conditions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through training)
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for daily shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
